Nell’attuale contesto economico, in molti paesi le strutture di rappresentanza dei lavoratori del settore finanziario hanno vissuto e stanno vivendo con particolare difficoltà i rinnovi contrattuali.
I componenti del Comitato Aziendale Europeo di Unicredit seguono con attenzione l’evoluzione delle trattative, in Germania come nei diversi paesi dove il gruppo è presente, sostenendo in maniera solidale le rivendicazioni del sindacato ed auspicando un accordo che tenga conto anche dei legittimi interessi dei lavoratori, come accaduto nei negoziati conclusi in Italia ed in Austria.
Im derzeitigen wirtschaftlichen Umfeld erleben die Arbeitnehmervertreter die Tarifverhandlungen in der Finanzbranche als besonders schwierig.
Der Europäische Betriebsrat der UNICREDIT GROUP verfolgt aufmerksam den Verlauf der Verhandlungen in Deutschland, unterstützt solidarisch die Forderungen der Gewerkschaften und erwartet einen Abschluss, der auch die berechtigten Interessen der Beschäftigten berücksichtigt, wie z. Bsp. bei den Tarifverhandlungen in Italien und Österreich.
In the current economic scenario, the representatives of workers of the financial industry are experiencing great difficulties in renewing their labour agreements in many countries.
As they follow with the utmost attention the negotiations currently under way in Germany and in other countries where the Group has operations.
The members of the European Works Council of Unicredit wish to express their solidarity and support for the workers’ requests and their hope for an agreement that takes the legitimate interests of the workers into account, as was the case during the negotiations recently concluded in Italy and Austria.
